2 tbs of lime/lemon juice, 1 - 1.5 tbs of sugar, 1 tbs of tomato ketchup, 0.5 tsp of corn starch, 20 tbs of water, a pinch of salt.
Boil the sauce mixture until it is rather thick then turrn off the heat and toss the sliced chili to the sauce. Pour the sauce on the fried chicken and top it with sliced sour unripe mango, sliced onion, and sliced leek.
